About the Facilitator – Melinda (Amrit Jageet Kaur)
She is a yoga facilitator (Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Reiki) and experienced Nuad Thai body worker, fascinated by the nature, human body, psyche and holistic system in-between.
She is supporting the people during their self-discovery journey, giving space to reconnect with your ancient intuition, self care and self trust.
The yoga lessons are guiding with sensitivity, kindness, and a deep alertness and respect of everyone’s unique experience. The sound bath meditation will give you the opportunity to disconnect from the rush world, find your inner peace and calm your mind.

Refresh and heal your body and mind with this holistic experiences, including daily ancient ayurvedic spa therapies and ground yourself with the spiritual techniques of yoga, pranayama and meditation.

HOT AIR BALLOONING IN TUSCANY
Enjoy the spectacular view over the Tuscan countryside from the bird perspective. The local balloonist can take you high above the unique Tuscan hills, vineyards, to explore the historical villages
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Hot air balloons lift off early in a field only a five-minute drive away from our estate, where the team from Idea Balloon will prepare your balloon and take you on a one-hour flight with aerial views of the rolling greenery and COMO Castello Del Nero itself. After flying, enjoy a locally sourced breakfast accompanied by spumante (sparkling wine).

CHIANTI CASHMERE GOAT FARM
Nora’s well-known goat farm, where she has been raising and caring for her goats for more than 50 years, can also be reached by walk. Discover how they make the raw material for the softest cashmere scarf.
Spend some time in the company of the goats, get to know each other and crown the time with a delicious cheese tasting, produced from local farmers.
